MIKFY is a wholesale operator serving CIS markets, evolving from a B2B-first business into a scalable B2C commerce brand. Despite being established, the company faced low margins, fragmented operations, and a dated digital presence that limited both growth and perception. We partnered with MIKFY to redefine their brand and architect their entire digital ecosystem. Our work spanned strategy, visual identity, copy, and a headless commerce platform, unifying how the brand is experienced and how the business operates. The project focused on transforming both customer-facing presence and internal workflows into a cohesive, technology-driven system designed to improve margins, efficiency and support scale.
